Tin Star

Anyone been watching this? Any thoughts? I'm up to episode 6. Quite good so far I think but the young English bloke is proper weird.
This is related to West Ham because Tim Roth starred in Made in Britain where he played a West Ham supporter.

Was good and certainly got better. Why was the bald security guy so after Roth? The young fella of course we know why.

Finished this last night... enjoyed it and thought it held up well to the end but I don't think it needs a 2nd season.

Just finished watching the last episode last night.
Without any spoilers, will I be holding my breath for season 2?
No, not really

Watched the first 3 episodes last night as it happens.
The shadow of 'Fargo' hangs over it but the small town elements, Roth being out of place etc are done excellently. But the 'assasins' are winding me up the wrong way ' there's a difference between being quirky and trying too hard to be weird for the sake of it. Not sure I'll be rushing to see episode 4 to be honest.

Sat next to Tim Roth in The Churchill pub in Brussels a couple of seasons ago watching a West Ham game. I think he was a Man U supporter but was pretty complimentary to West Ham. We were on our own then the staff of the Opera House came in and that was that.

Not really seeing it in its best light but I don't really like small town America / Canada.

B fair enough, he was good in pulp fiction, "calm down honey bunny" the only reason I remembered was that I was also born there originally and assumed he was a wall slag like Daniel Day-Lewis.

Riddle
He didn't like football growing up but says he supports west ham as he's been quite a few times with winstone, who is a god mate of his. in Lie To Me claret and blue scarves used to crop up from time to time.
